In this phase, we review your tech packs and design details to create a project timeline tailored to your goals. Our experts develop accurate patterns, source the fabric of your choice, and complementary materials like trims, buttons, or embellishments.
If needed, we can ship material samples to your office via DHL, allowing you to review and approve the selections.
Sampling & Prototyping
We bring your designs to life by creating initial samples to evaluate fit, fabric, and construction. These samples are shipped to you for approval via DHL. Your feedback is then incorporated to refine the product and resolve any potential issues, ensuring everything is perfected before full-scale production begins.

Fabric Sourcing & Processing
We source premium fabrics from trusted suppliers, including sustainable options, to match your exact specifications. Our fabrics undergo processes like dyeing and printing to achieve vibrant colors and unique finishes, enhancing both the character and quality of the final product.

Using advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship, we cut, sew, and assemble garments with precision. With over 80 Jack sewing machines, we deliver high output to meet both small and large-scale order demands. Additionally, our team of 35+ staff in the finishing process ensures every item is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping, maintaining consistent quality and timely delivery to meet your business needs.
Quality Control & Inspection
At each stage of production, we conduct thorough quality checks on stitching, fit, fabric, and finishing. Our team carefully inspects every garment to ensure it meets the highest standards, checking for consistency, durability, and color accuracy. We also make sure the right trims and embellishments are used. This attention to detail ensures that every piece is flawless and ready for the market, giving you products that meet your expectations for quality and design.
